Here’s another cool little Twitter based app for your iPhone. It’s called Birdhouse and it’s basically a “notepad” for all your Twitter thoughts. This is the app you need if your mind is always processing thoughts that you feel should be Tweeted, but just aren’t sure about them yet. Birdhouse helps you save those thoughts and use them later.
The Birdhouse guys say it won’t replace your iPhone Twitter client, but simply add to it. Here is a list of the features offered (taken from Birdhouse site):
- Quickly jot down your ideas, just like in Notes.
- Count down to 140 characters, just like in Twitter.
- Save as many as you want, revisit them later.
- Capture your ideas offline, even in Airplane mode.
- Rate drafts with stars and sort by best or by newest.
- Manage and publish from multiple Twitter accounts.
- Unpublish the bad ones just as easily.
- Back everything up through email.
